Style 1 RSC (Regular Slotted Carton)
This is the most common style manufactured today. It is a sturdy container perfect for many applications.
A 2 piece RSC box is one that due to size constraints requires 2 glued joints instead of the typical single application. A 2 Part RSC is common place throughout the box industry and in no way diminishes the strength and integrity of the container.
Style 2 FOL (Full Over Lap)
Similar to style 1, but the flaps over-lap all the way. This box is great for heavier objects.
Style 3 HSC (Half Slotted Carton)
This is a box without a top (or bottom if flipped over).It can be made as a telescoping top and bottom box (two HSC boxes shown on right) or for a box you need to get in and out of a lot. (Purchase a Cap separately below: style 6)
Style 4 5PF (Five Panel Folder)
This is a “pizza-style” box and is great for flat objects. It can in either case also be assembled a little differently for end loading long items. This carton will be shipped unassembled. You can set it up by using glue, tape or staples.
Style 5 5PF-HH (Five Panel Folder – Half Hood)
Same as above but the top is split in half. Has improved stacking strength but costs a little more due to the additional corrugated board. This carton will be shipped unassembled. You can set it up by using glue, tape or staples.
Style 6 Tray (or Cap) (not shown)
This is like a beer tray. Turn it upside down and it becomes a cap for an HSC (Style 3).
Style 7 Flat Sheet (not shown)
This is a flat sheet of corrugated cut to your specified dimensions. Use it for a slip sheet on a pallet or as a strength enhancer in the bottom of a box. For quote, just specify length and width.
Weights of Corrugated Available
We stock two different weights of corrugated for immediate shipping. Other weights are available but the lead time is longer.
200# Single Wall
This is the most common weight and is the most economical choice for most applications.
275# Double Wall
This is a heavier duty grade for more demanding applications as it has a higher bursting strength and two walls of corrugation..
125# single wall, Kraft.
125# single wall, Kraft.
275# double wall, mottled white.
250# “c” single wall, Kraft
350# “bc” double wall, Kraft
400# “bc” double wall, Kraft.
600# “bc” double wall, Kraft.
Printing
Printing on boxes is available but a minimum of 250 pcs is required.
The customer will be charged for set-ups and a one-time die cost (for this particular box/-printing configuration) as well as the box price.
